In the beGINning.

Quick post today. Tomorrow we are off to Plymouth for a few days so posts may well become a bit erratic, nothing new there then.
Collected hire car today and then went off and bought the essential ingredient.

There they are, all those lovely little sloes with sugar and, most importantly, the gin. A couple of months of steeping and there will be a glorious purple liqueur with the flavour of a summer of sunshine and the warmth of a summer day.

Perfect for those long, cold winter evenings.
Looks like life will be somewhat confused for a while, will try to keep up.
